What impact can the Terex® HyPower™ system class of technologies make?

Terex® HyPower™ systems and similar technologies reduce a whole range of pollution produced from diesel fuel (including greenhouse gases, particulate matter, NOx, ROG and carbon).  They also decrease our dependence on foreign oil and create Green Collar jobs across the US.

Doesn’t Terex® HyPower™ system already qualify for hybrid technology tax credit incentives?

No. Entire classes of technologies are currently excluded from Federal tax incentives.
The Federal Law that authorizes tax credits for fuel reduction technologies has not changed since 2005! The Terex® HyPower™ system provides comparable benefits to other hybrid systems but is not eligible for tax credits.
