Terex® HyPower™PHEV
The HyPower™ hybrid system is a different approach to the Plug In Electric Hybrid Vehicle (PHEV). The HyPower™ is focused on the work that the vehicle performs on the job site rather than the moving of the vehicle from location to location.
Our products support the utilities infrastructure both Electrical and Communications. In this industry vehicles spend most of their time, and fuel, working instead of moving. The HyPower™ system greatly reduces, or even eliminates, the use of fuel for the work done while the vehicle is sitting still.
The System is simple enough to be retrofitted onto existing vehicles. It’s durable enough to outlive it’s first vehicle and be used on another.
